Absence Note Procedure
When submitting an absence note, please include the following in your email:
• Student Name (First & Last)
• Student Grade & ID Number
• Date of Absence(s)
• Reason for Absence
• Parent Signature & Phone Number
• Attach Doctor/Dentist notes, if applicable
Please submit an absence note within 2 days of the absence through email to [email protected]. For any additional questions, please contact the campus attendance clerk at 512-570-3714.
